Shipping

At DU Bridals, our products are beautifully packaged and delivered to your door. DU Bridals products do not come with a standard shipping cost as our products are not standardised in terms of weight and we only want you to pay the freight cost allocated to your selected products.

Once your order is confirmed, your shipping fee will be listed in your invoice.

Please note that we will deliver to your business or residential address. We cannot accept any responsibility for deliveries to Post Office boxes or residential addresses. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery of goods. Please be aware that at peak busy times including during sales, special offers, and peak seasons orders can be sent a few days later than usual due to backlog of orders. So add another 2-3 days.

We do not deliver to Parcel Post Lockers.

New Zealand Orders

A New Zealand Post Regular Parcel Post satchel delivery service is available to New Zealand customers. These parcels are sent via registered post and come with a tracking number.

We recommend a work address if that is more convenient for delivery during business hours.

Australian Orders

We use the New Zealand Post standard airmail delivery service delivery system. Please nominate if you require Express shipping, when you register under shipping Details.

We recommend a work address if that is more convenient for delivery during business hours.

Some extra charges may apply for large orders due to Australian Customs Rules

Other International Orders

A New Zealand Post standard airmail delivery service is available to all other countries.

These parcels are sent via registered post and come with a tracking number. Please nominate if you require Express shipping, when you register under shipping details.
